That's because more than half the players [more than 90% of the players] are terrible at Guild Wars and everything related to Guild Wars.
But catering to bad players is a bad idea, but the money hungry company does what it has to do for some scrilla.

Regina I appreciate you replying to my post (twice) I do understand that the numbers game (employees) is becoming more of an issue, I did like seeing you speaking to them about this being on gw2. I would really enjoy having this feature for the future as I really see it being very helpful.

I was just thinking of how helpful it would be to see how often your prot monk was casting Guardian, or how often you warrior frenzied, it wont show the quality of those actions, but it would at least give you an idea what your player may spend their time doing.

PvP isn't just about how many times Monk #1 used Skill X, Y, or Z. It's also about positioning and timing and a host of other factors.
Just having a dump of information saying "You used Mending 6 times and should be ashamed of yourself" isn't enough to fully analyze a match.

And if you read my previous posts, I stated that it isnt the end all be all, BUT it does provide pertinent information that one can ascertain about a match. If you have a PBlock Mes and you have a 28min match and he uses PBlock 5 times, guess what, he was probably not doing a very good job. This is just the type of thing I am trying to point out. It will just give you an idea of what they were doing, NOT the quality of it. Either way, would be good to see in future gw installments

It can be a very helpful diagnostic tool. You're right, it's not the be all and end all, but given the climate in which players learn these days, it can be a very solid tool to have around.
